FormPro® 1102 is the base grade of the ABS FormPro® line from Spartech: it offers a good balance between mechanical properties and appearance for thermoforming. COPAL México, a representative of Spartech, offers it in black and white with a haircell texture on one side and a smooth finish on the other.

What to Consider

The standard ABS FormPro® is not specified for outdoor use and does not have a flame rating. For outdoor use, Spartech offers ABS with an acrylic or ASA coating; for flame-retardant requirements, the Royalite® grades are available. Both are quoted to specification at ABS and HIPS sheet metal.
